Job description
Propane Service Technician – Tallahassee Area
Responsibilities:
•
Conducting installation, repairs, and maintenance on LP gas systems and appliances.
•
Examining regulators, gas lines, and appliances.
•
Performing leak and pressure tests to ensure efficiency and safety.
•
Ability to securely load, transport, and deliver propane and related cargo.
•
Ensure customer satisfaction during daily interactions with the consumer.
•
Install appliances.
•
Lighting pilots on gas appliances.
•
Perform necessary repairs.
Requirements:
•
Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with HazMat & Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
•
Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug test, and Homeland Security Background Check.
•
Competency with hand and power tools.
•
Great interpersonal skills.
•
2 – 3+ years’ LP Gas experience required.
