The E&C Project Manager is responsible for leading a team in planning and carrying out projects involving our internal and external business partners. This role will focus on creative solutions to improve economic profit while maintaining high quality. Reports, presentations and evaluations are important elements of the job!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads a project team to implement project plans or programs with significant complexity to achieve objectives, coordinating with our internal and external business partners
- Implements integrity-related projects such as anomaly digs, recoats, cathodic protection installations, and shorted casing remediation in the Charlottesville Division and field locations
- Ensures accountability of project teams and success of projects
- Works closely with the integrity engineering and operations groups to scope, plan, estimate, and complete projects in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinates key functions with technical resources under the guidance of Project Life Cycle
- Develops and implements project reports, presentations, schedules and costing forecasts
- Prepares, reviews and approves requests for proposals, evaluations and contractor selection
- Anticipates issues, gathers information, assesses opportunity, analyzes alternative solutions and makes decisions that have a meaningful impact on our business
- Develops optimum project solutions that improve economic profit over the life of the project
- Runs small-moderate scope projects with high quality and a focus on our business partners
- Leads project teams and contractors; accountable for producing results and meeting deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: Bachelor's Degree and minimum five (5) years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Preferred: Project Management Certification (PMP), Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Up to 30% travel and must be willing to travel to field locations
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

Works under minimal guidance while performing complex tasks. Exercises a substantial latitude for making unreviewed decisions.
