Project Manager - Maintenance Services

Primary Responsibilities

- Support laying out and implement strategies to complete work assignments per the schedule.

- Oversee work being performed in the plant, labs and shops by Maintenance/contactor personnel.

- Help crew members develop work related skills pertaining to their job and perform task evaluations to validate team members are following processes and procedures.

- Provide support to answer technical work-related questions to the team.

- Support developing troubleshooting plans and provide oversight for troubleshooting activities for equipment related problems in the power plant to correct conditions.

- Set expectations based on Nuclear Department goals.

- Provide feedback to Planning when we see a better or more cost-effective way of performing certain jobs.

- Maintain necessary qualifications and expertise to be able to respond and lead in plant response to upset conditions within the Nuclear Emergency Response Organization.
