How You’ll Make An Impact
- Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate customer and order information
- Review and confirm service documentation in SAP
- Facilitate communication between field and production teams to support AR reduction
- Manage commercial operations to ensure timely payments
- Confirm product schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials
- Provide administrative support for turnkey and service projects
- Communicate directly with customers regarding updates, scheduling, and documentation
- Resolve customer disputes and ensure successful project close-out
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
- PMP Certified or in process
- Over 5 years of experience in Electrical Substation/Transformer Project Management
- Knowledge of P&C, Transformers (Oil & Dry Type), MV & LV Switchgear, Battery Banks, Generator Systems, ATS
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to interpret contracts, specifications, budgets, and scope of work
- Understanding of LTC transformers, their function, operation, and repair
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
