JOB SUMMARY
Provide project management oversight to business, process and performance improvement efforts across Utility Operations. Assigned projects are typically of short duration and can be very quick turnaround. Project teams comprised of analysts and engineers from within the Planning & Process Assurance group, SMEs from across Distribution Operations and Asset Management, other Utility Operations groups, and from other Business Units. This position is responsible for clear communication of expectations, project deliverables and timelines to team members, quality control on deliverables and conformance to department processes to ensure successful completion of projects. This position is also expected to be a working member of project teams, providing technical and analytic participation based on prior experience. This position can expect to have frequent interaction with senior and executive management, as well as field operations personnel.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
Strong interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills. Experienced in project management roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. In depth understanding of utility regulation and RFPs.
