Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction practices, the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications, and proven leadership skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

- Oversee subcontractors and field crews to ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards

- Maintain project schedules and cost controls to ensure timely and profitable completion

- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and internal teams

- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (required)

- 3–5 years of project management experience in construction (required)

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Proficient in project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.)

- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities

Base Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
