is a senior-level leader responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Osmose's inorganic growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisition opportunities while ensuring seamless integration post-transaction. The successful candidate will serve as a cross-functional liaison, partnering with executive leadership, legal, finance, operations, and external advisors to drive enterprise value through disciplined deal execution and effective change management.

This position reports directly to the Chief Innovation and Marketing Officer and plays a key role in aligning M&A activity with Osmose's broader strategic objectives.
