Project Manager - Electrical

Responsibilities Include:

· Ability to ascertain electrical scope of work and oversee pipeline/fabrication construction projects including , compressor stations, dehydration stations and all other piping projects

· Responsible for managing field crew as well as supervising daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met, safety policies are adhered to and job stays within assigned budget

· Must be familiar with initiating and tracking any change orders on job as required

· Individual will ensure all company policies are followed at all times

· Also responsible for ensuring crew follows all customer and environmental requirements

· Maintains high level of quality on every project

· Responsible for the daily submission of man hours and equipment used on project

· Ability to plan work load and manpower accordingly to avoid unnecessary costs

· Track job cost on a daily basis and report to Senior Management

· Create and monitor schedule to ensure deadlines are met in a cost effective manner

· Provide solutions to issues that arise on ongoing basis

· Ability to understand project plans

· Maintain and provide all required documentation as requested

· Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, subcontractors and vendors at all times

· Individual is required to report any behaviors on the job that would negatively impact the deadline, budget, safety or reputation of Appellation Construction Services or its customers

Qualifications:

· 2 year degree in Project Management or equivalent experience with electrical background

· Solid computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office , Microsoft Project, Microsoft Work

· Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment

· Work effectively with both customers and internal Project Management team and represent Appellation Construction Services in a professional manner at all times

· Excellent communication skills

· Technical writing skills

· Strong work ethic

· Effective time management and prioritization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
