Position Specific Description

NextEra Energy Resources (NEER) is building a Renewable Technology Innovation team to transform how we develop utility-scale solar and wind projects — and we’re looking for a Project Manager to help drive process optimization and change management. This team serves as a center of excellence, scaling high-impact solutions—from process improvements to new technology integration – to accelerate project timelines, enhance performance and maximize returns

As the Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in turning innovative ideas into action. Your expertise in process improvement, workflow automation, and change management will ensure these innovations are adopted and deliver meaningful results. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about transforming processes, embracing innovation, and driving meaningful change.

Employees in this role assist in the development and execution of plans for new and enhanced generation projects. This job coordinates allocation of resources, schedules, and technical adequacy, ensuring the project or transaction is completed in the most cost effective and competitive manner.
