As a working Project Manager, you will oversee custom projects from pre-construction through completion—ensuring quality, efficiency, and clear communication every step of the way.
Beyond jobsite coordination, this role is rooted in mentorship. You’ll be expected to model best practices, actively coach our growing crew, and help build a team culture grounded in respect, accountability, and continual improvement.

Serve as the on-site leader who maintains professional standards and a positive crew dynamic
At least 2-5 years in a leadership, foreman, or supervisory role

Strong working knowledge of building codes, structural best practices, and permitting processes
Familiarity with premium exterior products such as TimberTech and Deckorators
Excellent communication, time management, and client interaction skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with (or openness to) JobTread or similar construction management software
This is a long-term opportunity to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, growth, and trust. At Iron Ridge, we’re not just building decks—we’re building something meaningful, and we want the right leaders in place to help guide that mission.
If you're looking for a company where your experience is respected, your leadership matters, and your work leaves a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.
