We're looking for motivated professionals to join our team in our Gulf Coast operations, with locations in Pasadena, TX and St. Gabriel, LA.

*Champion safety as a top priority, participating in general and site-specific safety and process training.
*Collaborate with client operations, engineering, and planning personnel to develop project opportunities, define scope, create proposals, and develop comprehensive project plans and execution documents.
*Lead job execution tasks, including job preparation, mobilization, setup, procedure execution, and breakdown.
*Work directly with shift leads and supervisors to provide training on operating procedures.
*Partner with the operations team to ensure equipment readiness and facilitate training and development of field personnel.
*Take ownership of all performance metrics for assigned projects, including safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.
*Ability to read and interpret P&IDs to develop cleaning and decontamination strategies.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio to create cleaning/decontamination process flow diagrams, mechanical setups, procedures, and presentations.
*Willingness to be based in the Houston, TX or Baton Rouge/New Orleans, LA area.
*Ability to pass comprehensive alcohol and drug testing (hair follicle, urine, and oral swab).
*Preferred: Process knowledge and experience in the refining/petrochemical industries.
*Preferred: A Chemical or Petroleum Engineering degree; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
