🔧 Key Responsibilities

- Supervise project managers, employees, and contractors for large commercial solar construction projects

- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and electrical plans

- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with client expectations

- Monitor labor efficiency, code compliance, and enforce safety standards (OSHA knowledge required)

- Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and change orders

- Perform takeoffs and estimate generation based on client requirements

- Collaborate with sales teams to verify project scope and estimate accuracy

- Conduct preliminary site inspections and safety assessments

- Respond to client questions and revise designs as needed

✅ Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5+ years in Project Management within Solar / Electrical / Construction sectors

- Preferred: Experience in solar project estimation and design

- Required Skills:

- Electrical plan reading and NEC code knowledge

- Strong leadership of construction teams

- OSHA compliance expertise

- Advanced Excel / Office software skills

- High attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving
