Job Description:
As a Project Engineer at Integrity EPC, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop detailed project plans, scopes, and schedules
•Oversee day-to-day project activities including budgeting, forecasting, and progress tracking
•Coordinate with field teams, engineering staff, and clients to meet project deliverables
•Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering codes, and regulatory requirements
•Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
•Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
•Participate in client meetings and provide technical expertise as needed
•Support proposal development and cost estimating for new work
Qualifications:
•3+ years of engineering/project management experience in oil & gas, pipeline, or industrial sectors
•Familiarity with industry codes (API, ASME, DOT/PHMSA)
•Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus
•PE license or EIT certification is a plus but not required
•Willingness to travel occasionally to field sites or client locations
