What You’ll Do:

- Design equipment that meets and exceeds customer expectations, from initial concept to final shipment.

- Create parametric models based on existing 2D and 3D designs, transforming technical specs into real-world solutions.

- Perform detailed Mechanical Engineering calculations to ensure component and assembly suitability.

- Coordinate with designers and drafters to ensure that project designs are completed efficiently and on schedule.

- Interface with customers to ensure design specifications are met and any adjustments are handled seamlessly.

- Promote continuous improvement in design practices, contributing to the evolution of our engineering standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Warranty, Quality, and Project Management, as well as external vendors and fabricators.

- Oversee design packages, ensuring accuracy and quality before final release.

What You Bring to the Table:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in designing medium to large metal structures.

- 4-8 years of engineering experience, ideally within the power generation or industrial sectors.

- Advanced skills in parametric modeling using Inventor or SolidWorks, along with a strong understanding of AutoCAD.

- An ability to translate complex technical and commercial specifications into physical designs that are efficient and effective.

- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills – you enjoy working as part of a team and solving problems together.

- Hands-on approach to design and problem-solving, with a knack for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- A willingness to travel internationally to support projects wherever they take you.
