Join a collaborative, innovation-driven team focused on designing and executing impactful manufacturing projects. As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in planning, implementing, and improving production systems that drive Webco’s success.
Key Responsibilities
•Partner with production leaders to design and implement new or upgraded manufacturing systems and facility expansions
•Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets—including business cases and ROI analysis
•Perform engineering calculations, draft specifications, review bids, and select equipment
•Create technical drawings (e.g., layouts, piping diagrams, instrumentation) and materials/equipment lists
•Analyze complex problems, apply cross-functional technical knowledge, and recommend solutions
•Lead project lifecycles: requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support
•Manage scope, risks, schedules, and budgets—keeping all stakeholders informed
•Anticipate challenges, adjust plans, and handle change requests effectively
•Foster strong cross-department relationships and communicate risks and opportunities clearly
What You Bring
•B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, or Engineering Technology (MBA a plus)
•Experience preferred but not required—growth mindset essential
•Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
•Strong planning, multitasking, and organizational skills
•Mechanical aptitude with creative problem-solving abilities
•Clear communicator with technical writing experience
•Driven, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning
•Team player with a high standard of integrity and respect for others
