We’re looking for a Project Engineer I to support our Technical Manager and project team. This role blends fieldwork and office coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Expect hands-on work, technical documentation, and subcontractor coordination—plus extensive travel to support outage and installation projects.
- Conduct thermal inspections, collect field data, and prepare reports.
- Assist with installation planning, materials, and contractor coordination.
- Monitor site work, flag issues, and support project meetings.
- Track project milestones, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Support procurement, scheduling, billing, and subcontractor communication.
- Associate’s degree in engineering Tech, Construction Management, or 1–2 years’ related experience.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/industrial systems (power plants a plus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; project management tools a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel.
- Multi-task handling under pressure.
