How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead manufacturing projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Develop project schedules and manage timelines and budgets.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Support automation and technology upgrades in production.
- Collaborate on quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Manage capital equipment investments and commissioning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience in manufacturing project management.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
