The Project Director is responsible for administering and overseeing all aspects of management, operation, and maintenance activities for facilities, operating under multiple facilities and contracts. Must have experience in Operations Water/Wastewater Treatment plants.

Class A Wastewater Operator License or ability to receive reciprocity to Oklahoma. Will manage 78 employees and be responsible for four facilities totally 111MGD capacity.

Responsibilities:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years related experience. Ten years of management experience with large teams.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License.

Technical: Knowledge of water/wastewater facilities. Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, DOT regulations, Utility SOPs, etc. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Ability to interpret analytical results.

Communication: Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Maintains composure in challenging situations. Collaborates with others. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to: frequently lift 50-60 pounds; load, unload & move large equipment/tools; access confined spaces; continuously walk and climb stairs and ladder.
