This position is responsible for providing technical expertise to support the development and management of complex energy efficiency and decarbonization programs in the residential, commercial, and low/moderate income customer segments across the Eversource territory. This position is responsible for helping to develop and maintain program incentive offers by leading collaboration with internal groups such as engineering, sales, implementation, planning, and evaluation and by creating technical policies, savings calculators, and program aides. The development of new offers must include consideration of novel approaches and market-driven strategies to streamline program delivery and assist in achieving energy savings goals effectively.
This position also involves being an Eversource representative on statewide committees with other program administrators and interacts with regulators and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position. Essential Functions:
a broad range of industry knowledge as an energy efficiency
refrigerant leak management, early refrigerant swap out and existing
offerings and policies, such as weatherization eligibility requirements and incentive levels
in various regional committees (Consortium of Energy Efficiency, CT Energy Efficiency Board, etc.) to develop new standards and protocols furthering energy efficiency and decarbonization.

The annual salary range for this position is:
