Production Worker (must be open to any shift)

Production Utility to join our team. This position requires a self-motivated candidate that is a fast learner with the ability to multitask.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Able to learn and efficiently work multiple production roles within the plant.

- Works well in a fast-paced environment.

- Must perform all duties in a safe manner.

- Should have strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think “on the fly”.

- Must be able to work at heights when necessary.

- Ability to work with people from all levels of the company.

- Performs special projects and other duties as directed.

EDUCATION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- High School diploma or GED equivalent.

- Must possess good communication skills.

- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

- Past industrial experience in the paint, chemical or metal manufacturing environment is a plus.

- Willing and able to work any shift and overtime to meet production needs.
