Production/Warehouse Associate in Lighting

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assembling and inspecting lighting products, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining efficient production processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor assembly machinery to ensure proper product assembly.

- Maintain a clean and safe workstation free of hazards.

- Troubleshoot and address production equipment issues promptly.

- Hand-assemble product parts and use power tools for various tasks.

- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.

- Prepare products for shipment and assist with warehouse tasks.

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and standards.

- Report any production issues to the supervisor.

Starting Rate of Pay: $19.00/hour

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

- Unpaid 30 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks provided based on business needs.

- No travel required for this position.

Work Environment:

- Warehouse setting with moderate to heavy physical activity.

- Handling of fragile products may be required.
