Position Overview

V3 Electric is a fast-growing solar sales and installation company looking to hire a Warehouse Associate. This is a full-time, permanent position with room to grow within the company.

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for handling solar-specific materials and equipment, not small package items. This role requires strong inventory control skills, attention to detail, and data entry experience. The ideal candidate is self-driven, able to work independently, and capable of supporting our installation crews by ensuring they have the right equipment when they need it.

Responsibilities

- Accurately manage inventory and ensure all solar equipment is available for scheduled jobs.

- Maintain and update inventory reports, resolving discrepancies quickly.

- Support installation crews by providing and staging equipment and materials.

- Operate vehicles when needed to transport or deliver materials.

- Safely climb ladders when required.

- Work closely with office staff, installation leaders, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

- Break down and properly dispose of large shipping materials (such as pallets and boxes).

Requirements

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.

- Must be punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.

- Valid California driver’s license with no suspensions.

- Physically able to:

- Lift and move 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.

- Climb ladders safely.

- Drive a company vehicle if needed.

- Fast-paced and steady workload.

- Must be comfortable with physical labor and outdoor conditions at times.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday

- Overtime as needed
