•Perform routine maintenance and repairs on compression equipment, including compressors, pumps, andother mechanical systems.
•Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions as needed.
•Collaborate with production personnel to ensure that equipment performance aligns with production targets.
•Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
•Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety,operational, and environmental standards.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance.
•Work independently and as part of a team to support the effi cient operation of the compression systems.
•Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Occidental Petroleum’s safety procedures and industry regulations.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting compression equipment, ideally in an oil and gasproduction environment.
•Strong mechanical skills with the ability to read technical schematics and manuals.
•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

7/7: 12-hour rotating schedule. Employees work 6 hours on Wednesday at the start of their rotation and 6 hours on Wednesday at the end of their rotation. They work 12 hours Thursday - Tuesday during their rotation. This work week is from Sunday to Saturday.
