Job Title: Production Support Lead

Summary:
Supervises, directs and oversees activities concerned with labor distribution and utilization of hourly and staff employees engaged in providing services and equipment for production and construction services for energy and industrial related businesses, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Responsibilities:

•Counsels employees of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company and/or customer policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information.
•Ensures team provides excellent customer service and that all requests and issues are handled promptly and effectively.
•Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers and employees to keep them aligned on all aspects of schedules (work and travel) and any other need that may arise.
•Engages with the customer and managers about the status of on-going projects and number of workers required. Ensures appropriate allocation and assignment of human resources in the labor pool.
•Manages ongoing and completed projects to ensure work performed is meeting or has met customer expectations and standards.
•Implement corrective actions when the above expectations and standards aren’t met. Corrective actions may include counseling employees, developing performance improvement plans, or disciplining employees.
•Performs site visits to confirm that customer is satisfied with current level of service being provided.
•Work with customers to develop improvement plans if levels of service are not satisfactory.
Logistics Management:
•Oversee transportation for crew members from the airport to the lodging location and to the crew change location.
•Ensure timely and efficient transportation services, considering flight schedules and crew change times.
•Coordinate with account manager and personnel coordinators to ensure reliability and adherence to travel and work schedules.
Employee Care and Safety:
•Handle employee care with a focus on potential safety incidents and develop resolutions.
•Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
•Coordinate with safety personnel to address any incidents and provide support to affected employees.
•Establish and promote the maintenance of a safe, accident free, and healthy work environment.
•Participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and injuries. Work with injured employees to ensure timely return to work or release.
•Interpret company policies for workers and enforce safety regulations.
Collaboration with Account Manager:
•Work closely with the account manager to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Partner with the account manager in preparing reports, updating customer records, and managing logistics-related tasks.
•Serve as member of the account management team to discuss ongoing projects and improvement opportunities.

•Combination of work from home based and on-site duties, including visits to airports, lodging, customer sites and crew change locations.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
•Prior supervisory experience preferred.
•Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related role.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
