We are looking for a

Production Supervisor Fusing

to lead and develop a high performing team while fostering a strong safety culture and building capabilities.

Working and reporting to the

Superintendent

and working in a diverse team and collaborative community you will be

- Responsible for overseeing operating employees and organizing equipment deployment to fulfill production and safety standards within the designated area.

- Coordinates and supervises daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.

- Sets priorities for the team to achieve task completion and coordinates work activities with other supervisors and departments.

- Addresses issues using established practices and precedents; decisions are influenced by policies, procedures, and the business plan.

- Facilitate lean and management system activities within the team or designated area.


What You’ll Bring

- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.

- High School Diploma or equivalent, but more advanced degree preferred.

- 3 years of experience of Supervisory experience in a mining or industrial environment.

- Strong leadership skills.

- Knowledge of MSHA regulations and experience in a unionized environment.

- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, Excel & SAP

It will also be beneficial if you have

- Knowledge of refinery equipment, subsystems, lubrication properties and equipment troubleshooting.
