Job Summary:
Reclaim Water Services is seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead the day-to-day operations in our production yard, with a primary focus on the assembly and fabrication of our proprietary water treatment systems. This role is critical to ensuring our equipment is built to spec, on time, and ready for field deployment across West Texas oilfield operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and manage all production activities related to the assembly of water treatment systems, skids, and auxiliary equipment.
•Be able to provide hands-on assistance of the assembly process.
•Develop and execute production schedules to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
•Lead and train yard personnel, including welders, electricians, and technicians, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
•Oversee receiving and inventory management of parts, tools, and materials required for system builds.
•Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field operations to ensure proper documentation, design compliance, and delivery timelines.
•Implement and uphold safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and company standards.
•Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure each build meets internal and industry standards.
•Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement in workflows and processes.
•Maintain accurate records of production activity, equipment status, and personnel performance.
Qualifications:
•5+ years of experience in oilfield equipment assembly, water treatment systems, or industrial fabrication.
•2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a yard, shop, or manufacturing environment.
•Strong understanding of fluid systems, pumps, mechanical, and electrical systems.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and fabrication blueprints.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Proven track record of managing teams and meeting production targets.
•Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 preferred.
•High school diploma or GED required, technical certifications or vocational training a plus.
