Job Summary
Nino Development is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Production Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within our Buford, GA region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and management, with expertise in various carpentry techniques and estimating. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage teams, ensure project quality, and drive operational efficiency.
Duties
•Lead and manage regional operations to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
•Oversee project planning, execution, and completion while maintaining quality control.
•Coordinate with project managers to develop accurate construction estimates and budgets.
•Supervise teams engaged in metal stud framing, frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and other construction activities.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all sites.
•Provide training and support to team members on the use of hand tools and equipment.
•Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages communication and teamwork.
•Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
•Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
•Proven experience in a managerial role within the construction industry.
•Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and methodologies.
•Proficiency in metal stud framing, frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and general maintenance person skills.
•Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
•Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
•Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
