Production Assembly

2nd Shift - Assembly Hours: 4:30pm-3:00am Monday- Thursday

Job Summary

Responsible for safely operating equipment in the most efficient manner to produce a quality part that ultimately results in total customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

1. Learn WCM safety policies from the safety manual and follow all safety regulations.

2. Learn WCM work rules and regulations from the policy manual and follow them.

3. Learn the specific job requirements for each job performed and work to produce zero defects.

4. Learn all Quality requirements for each job performed and work to produce zero defects.

5. Learn how to properly complete timecards and all associated paperwork for each job performed.

6. Treat fellow workers with respect and promote teamwork.

7. Strive to do a better job than you did the day before.

8. ISO 9001 support.

9. Special projects as assigned.

Specific Requirements

Math skills, communication skills, dependable, cooperative, team player, exercises good judgement, ability to learn, self-motivated.
