Your Impact:

As a valued team member, you'll help create quality products while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Set up and operate a variety of assembly equipment, including small hydraulic presses, staking machines, drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.

Rotate between work cells as directed by your Supervisor or Cell Leader, ensuring smooth production flow.

Pack finished products carefully to ensure they’re ready for shipment.

Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.

Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team.

Follow established quality standards to ensure every product meets expectations.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who can bring the following skills and experience to the role:

Proficient English reading and writing skills, including the ability to understand MSDS sheets and work instructions. A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.

At least 1 year of experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.

Strong manual dexterity and mechanical skills.

Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as measuring devices.

Physical Requirements: This role involves the following physical activities:

Regularly lifting up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Bending at the waist and working in a standing position for extended periods.

Moving around on foot to complete various tasks.

Hours: A Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

B Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
