Position Summary: The Process Technician is responsible for the Wind Tunnel and Wrapping Positions.

WIND TUNNEL Process Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

+ DFT Readings + Holiday Testing + Mil Checks + Paint Touch Up + Visual Inspection + OPM-036 Fogger Booth + Wind Tunnel Area + Fogger Booth Area + Outside Chiller Area

WRAP Process Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Taking Pictures of Shipping Labels + Visual Inspection + End of Conveyor + Staging Area

Process Technician Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of Process Technician, the employee is continually required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is occasionally required to crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Process Technician Work Environment:

While performing the duties of Process Technician, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
