The Process Control Manager leads and provides technical direction for the Process Control Group (PCG) composed of Process Control Engineers and Controls Systems Specialists. This position will report directly to the Refining Technical Services Director.
Key Responsibilities:* Provide Effective Leadership – Set clear expectations for process control group members. Have meaningful discussions with employees regarding their performance and career, provide coaching and recognition on a regular basis. Support MPC's culture by providing a clear vision of team direction and how each employee contributes to the vision. Provide opportunities that promote employee development.
