Principal SAP BASIS/HANA Leader

to spearhead our enterprise SAP ecosystem. This is your chance to architect solutions, mentor talent, and drive technical excellence across multiple SAP landscapes including CRM, ECC, BI, Business Warehouse, Business Objects, Portal, and Solution Manager—all deployed on cutting-edge SAP HANA infrastructure.

What You'll Own

🚀 Technical Leadership

- Lead administration and support across our complete SAP environment

- Drive installations, upgrades, performance tuning, and capacity planning

- Architect multi-landscape design solutions and continuous improvement strategies

- Function as Technical Lead on high-impact, concurrent projects

🎯 Strategic Implementation

- Design and execute Portal landscape upgrades and patches

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our enterprise-wide SAP implementation

- Provide analytical expertise for system performance optimization and health assessments

- Lead technical projects spanning multiple teams and business units

👥 Team Development

- Mentor and guide junior staff and contractors

- Develop and champion standard practices within your team

- Provide training and ensure quality deliverables across all initiatives

- Foster knowledge sharing and technical excellence

🔧 Core Responsibilities

- Document design and landscape architecture for all SAP environments

- Prepare executive-level status reports and technical analyses

- Coordinate with Server System and Database Administrators for integrated solutions

- Ensure compliance and security through audit coordination

- Maintain expertise in business processes relevant to technical implementations

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent

- 7+ years of SAP experience

with minimum

3 years in S4 HANA

- 2+ years implementing SAP HANA solutions

in large, complex enterprise environments

- Full-lifecycle experience with enterprise services implementation

Technical Expertise

- Deep knowledge of SAP BASIS/HANA administration

- Proficiency with multi-environment SAP landscapes (CRM, ECC, BI, BW, BO, Portal, Solution Manager)

- Understanding of business processes and functions

- Working knowledge of COBIT5 IT Governance & Management framework

- Microsoft Office suite proficiency

Soft Skills

- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication

- Strong project management and leadership capabilities

- Knowledge of IT regulatory and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree

in Management or Technical discipline

- COBIT framework certifications

- Advanced SAP certifications

Required Certifications

- ITIL Foundation certification
