Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pricing & Operations Analyst / Senior Analyst located at our headquarters in Cranston, RI. We are seeking a personable and analytical individual to join our Pricing and Operations group. You will be managing customer information, analyzing data, and structuring energy deals for large electricity users. In addition to collaborating with our external sales partners, you will gain invaluable exposure to all aspects of the business and have significant opportunities for growth.

What you’ll do:

- Act as a primary point of contact for external sales partners

- Analyze and forecast customer data and market conditions to produce best-fit products for customers

- Record, track, and manage detailed customer information

- Utilize company pricing models to develop retail energy solutions for customers

- Collaborate with Pricing Manager to provide accurate, timely, and thorough information to our partners

- Work with developers to identify, design, and implement system enhancements

- Review and track documents related to the business development pipeline

- Assist with expansion to new markets and products
