Pricing Analyst

Basic Function

HF Sinclair is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, executing pricing strategies, and developing pricing models to optimize revenue and profits for company products and services in assigned Marketing region. Additionally, responsible for executing daily price changes, identifying potential risks or opportunities, and making recommendations to senior management.

Job Duties

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years’ related work experience is required.

Education Level

A minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field is required.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, MarketView or Power BI. Understanding of pricing models and strategies. Effective and productive communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques. Experience with pricing software and systems.
