Overview
As a Preconstruction Manager, you will play a vital role in the initial planning phases of construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all preconstruction activities to ensure projects are set up for success.
Responsibilities
•
Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for projects
•
Coordinate with construction sites to gather necessary information for project planning
•
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
•
Utilize software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, and ProCore for project management
•
Coordinate project activities with various stakeholders
•
Read and interpret blueprints to support project coordination
•
Ensure efficient utilization of resources and materials
•
Maintain accurate documentation throughout the preconstruction phase
Requirements
•
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in estimating and pre-construction management, specifically in industrial construction projects is a plus.
•
Proficiency in construction estimating and project management
•
Strong understanding of industrial construction processes, cost structures, and estimating methods.
•
Estimating or project management certifications (e.g., AACE, PMP) are a plus.
•
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
•
Prior experience in construction site operations is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
