Power Engineer (Lead Ethanol Technician)

The Lead Operator is the shift leader in charge of the day-to-day operation of the plant from a technical and control of work perspective. They rotate among all positions like the other members of the operating crew but retains leadership no matter what position in the rotation they are performing. They are required to direct other operators work and ensure compliance of all operator tasks. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all ethanol process equipment focusing on safety and maximizing efficiency and product quality.

As this position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments

For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A driver's abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre-employment screening for the final candidate
