Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Portfolio Manager to oversee the planning, prioritization, and strategic alignment of projects and programs within a large, complex organization. This role focuses on portfolio-level governance, financial oversight, and performance reporting to ensure initiatives support long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee enterprise portfolios to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and asset investment plans.
•Guide and support project/program teams through governance frameworks and business case development.
•Monitor and report on financial performance, risk, resource utilization, and schedule trends across the portfolio.
•Conduct portfolio reviews to identify challenged initiatives and recommend corrective actions.
•Maintain long-term (10-year) portfolio planning documentation.
•Prepare clear, data-driven reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
•Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes and tools.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•Proven experience in enterprise portfolio or program management.
•Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
•Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and project governance frameworks is a plus.
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to manage change, influence cross-functional teams, and work independently.

Pay: $69.00 - $71.00 per hour
