The Portfolio Manager is accountable for managing ReVision Energy’s growing portfolio of commercial solar and renewable energy projects under Operations & Maintenance contracts. These systems include a variety of project investors and owners including Community Solar Farms, municipalities, schools and private non-profits. The Portfolio Manager will take the lead in excellent customer service, by meeting or exceeding service level agreement requirements. This role will collaborate with others on the Commercial Service team, as well as Commercial Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance, to support project operation and maintenance of solar and clean energy systems, ensuring that they maximize their return on investment.
The Portfolio Manager will report to the Commercial O&M Manager. This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of at least 2 days in the office.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are responded to and resolved or escalated in a timely manner
- Act as customer’s point of contact (POC) for all activities related to systems under management
- Customer satisfaction of service contract clients, including corrective maintenance and remote troubleshooting
- Remote monitoring of O&M portfolio
- Interpret outputs from system monitoring and translate to actionable cases and work orders in our CRM
- Ensure readiness of work orders for service contract customers, including collaboration with manufacturers, facilities teams, and Commercial Service Coordinators
- Work with manufacturers and clients to resolve system performance issues remotely
- Communicate clearly with technicians, scheduling coordinators, and all system stakeholders
- Review work orders for billing processing
- Prepare and review inspection reports
- Optimize CRM by keeping customer and project information accurate and up to date
- Regularly update Commercial Service team on successes, challenges, and needs to effectively coordinate service work
