We are seeking dynamic, driven individuals to join our team as Pop-Up Ambassadors, helping bring our brand’s vision to life in local communities.
Position Overview: As a KIMITH Pop-Up Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand at local gyms, fitness studios, and community events. You’ll manage pop-up retail experiences, engage with customers, and drive sales while promoting a heart-forward lifestyle.
- Travel to local gyms and fitness centers to set up and run pop-up shops
- Transport and display merchandise according to brand aesthetic
- Maintain a clean, appealing, and brand-aligned space
- Engage with potential customers, educate them on KIMITH’s mission and pieces
- Use your voice and energy to confidently represent the brand
- Build strong connections that encourage brand loyalty
- Take ownership of your pop-up's success
- Suggest new ideas, locations, or improvements
- Stay proactive in meeting sales goals and team benchmarks
- Store and manage merch when not in use
- Keep inventory organized, clean, and accounted for
- Embody the heart-healthy lifestyle KIMITH promotes

- Have reliable local transportation to and from gyms
- Be punctual and dependable with your schedule
- Be available at least 3-4 days/week (including weekends/evenings)
- Schedule aligns with peak gym/event hours
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven sales ability with confidence in direct customer engagement
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and solution-oriented
- Experience in retail, pop-ups, or event work preferred
- Reliable local transportation
- Comfortable storing small inventory of merch
- Aligned with our mission; fitness experience is a plus
