Polished Concrete Technician

DreamCrete Custom Creations (Orlando, FL) is a decorative concrete company . We provide a variety of concrete flooring solutions such as Concrete Polishing, Metallic Epoxy, Concrete Overlay, Concrete Stamping & much more.

We are in search of skilled workers who will collaborate, foster teamwork, follow instructions, stay safety focused and be deadline driven. Experience in working on relevant flooring projects and using polishing equipment is essential and required. You will perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor. You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. You must be results driven, composed and demonstrate excellent teamwork.

The successful candidate(s) must demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity, and have a good work ethic. Duties Include, but are not limited to:

· Mechanical polishing, using grinding machines and processes

· Edge grinding

· Concrete Repairs

· Vacuuming

· Communicate professionally and effectively

· Ensure all materials will be stored in a neat, orderly fashion

· Assess issues, develop and implement action to resolve them

· Ensure all equipment is accounted for and stored in neat, orderly manner

· Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations

· Input timely hours via company time-clock app

· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Must have a valid driver's license

· Must have a Truck, Van or SUV

· 18 years of age or older

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Demonstrate dependability, accountability, and initiative

· Be able to work independently and in a team setting

· polishing and hand polishing

· Must be available to work nights and weekends (when necessary)

· Must be available to travel out of town (when necessary)

· Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations

Physical Demands:

· Requires strenuous physical work including heavy lifting, working on hands/knees, pushing, or pulling objects

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
