- 3/4/4/3 rotating schedule

- $18.00

- Will work overtime, holidays, weekends

Duties & Responsibilities

- Understanding of all aspects and operating parameters of the extruders

- Understanding of the water system, dryers and loaders.

- Capable of extruder set-up/tear-down.

- Capable of preparing and installing all dies and spreader blocks.

- Capable of preparing all resin mixes.

- Capable of the Start-up and Shut-Down of all rod and plate extruders

- Capable of cleaning hoppers, dies, extruders, ovens, saws and other equipment

- Capable of accurately completing all reporting paperwork.

- Capable of following all safety rules, regulations and procedures

- Capable of identifying, measuring and labeling acceptable finished product.

- Capable of producing finished product within specification.
