- Comply with all Imerys, MSHA and Equipment Manufacturing Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Read quality specifications. Observe operation of equipment to ensure continuity of flow, safety, and efficient operation, and to detect malfunctions.
- Responsible for Crusher, able to start computer controls to adjust the start/stop, or adjust machinery and equipment that crushes and grinds materials.
- Record data from operations, testing, and production on specified forms and complete required forms.
- Ability to operate a forklift, responsibilities include removal of finished products from the bagging machines to the finished product storage areas; the staging of pallets and bags to the bagging machines to keep continued production; and the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Ensure all loads meet the customer requirements and are packaged and stabilized to arrive in good condition and orders are responded to in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Load truck according to the Shipment Inspection Report. Ensure the truck is loaded according to shipping instructions; record all lot numbers loaded on Shipment Inspection Form.
- Follow all procedures/guidelines/specifications/testing/material-handling functions according to Imerys policies and procedures to provide a quality product to all customers.
- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
- Compile laboratory tests data and performs appropriate analyses.
- Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
- Allocate all shipments on company database.
- Any other job duties assigned by management.
