ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.
Under general supervision this position will:
•Identify, troubleshoot and report common operational issues on compressor units and processed equipment.
•Respond to problems by troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and assist with repairing equipment as needed.
•Manage inventory levels of supplies and bulk fluids to ensure an adequate supply to meet operational needs.
•Inspect and diagnose engine and compressor failures in an accurately and timely.
•Operate manual and automated controls on the compressor units to optimize throughput.
•Maintain accurate records and take readings such as pressures, temperature, volumes, hours run, etc. to record them in a computerized database. Make key adjustments from readings, when necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least three (3) of years of experience working with mechanical or process equipment in related industry.

•Knowledge of gas and processed equipment flow and functionality.
•Demonstrates the knowledge of operational parameters and functionality to perform start-up procedures for compressor units and processed equipment.
•Mechanically able to assists with repairs and basic understanding of technology such as computers and mobile devices.
•Basic math skills with the ability to complete calculations.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
Takes the initiative and work independently, as well as work in a team environment.
SAFETY SENSITIVE RELATED
If applicable. For designation above and field related positions.
•Ability to safely operate vehicles, equipment, and tools.
•Able to recognize and apply safety processes and procedures.
Possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR) that meet Company’s Insurance qualifications to operate Company vehicle.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.

Field Related:
This position may be subject to:
•Exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
•Exposure to high pressure and temperature from normal operating systems.
Extreme Cold and
Heat:* temperatures typically below 32 o F or above 100 o F for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions as wind, rain, snow, and humidity.
Noise:* there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
Vibration:* exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.
Confined
Space:* work areas large enough for individual to enter, limited means of entry or exit, and not designed for continue occupancy.
Hazards:* includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals, combustibles, explosives, etc.
HOURS / SHIFTS
Available for on-call rotation and responsibilities on weekends and holidays for urgent issues or emergencies during off hours, as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
•Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
•Regularly lift, push, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds.
•Frequently be able to bend, stoop, crouch, etc.
Frequent amount of traversing through challenging terrain to perform work, evaluate sites and conditions, inspect equipment/assets, etc.
TRAVEL
Approximate amount of time: Minimal (under 25%); Regularly (25% - 75%); Frequent (more than 75%).
•Minimal travel may be required to other locations.
•Frequent travel to Company’s field operations and/or offices. Approximately 95% of time in field.
