The Analyst is responsible for volumetric and revenue accounting on movements of clean products for assigned pipeline systems and terminals. Ensures integrity of data, and provides information to internal and external pipeline shippers regarding product movements and invoices shippers for their movements.


Responsibilities May Include:

Record tariff revenues, terminaling service revenues, throughput and deficiencies, and product gains and losses.

Balance monthly volumes with terminal and pipeline scheduling personnel, investigate ticket errors, out-of-tolerance gain/loss volumes, and revenue variance.

Interface heavily with customers as well as pipeline and terminal personnel.

Submit various reports to internal recipients and government agencies.


Required Qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


Preferred Qualifications:

Volumetric Pipeline & Terminal accounting experience strongly preferred


2 or more years of accounting experience


Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook


Good communication and teamwork skills


Self-starter with strong analytical and accounting skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines Good organizational skills


Fast learner
