Pipeline Operator - Calcium Division

We manufacture, supply, transport and apply premium calcium chloride products for anti-icing, deicing and dust control. But that's not all. We also formulate custom fluids for, available for purchase or rental 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year.
Tiger is seeking a Pipeline Operator responsible for the pipeline, waste well, and supporting the liquid and blend plant when required.

What you will do in this role:
•Complies with all regulatory, environmental and safety rules and standards, as well as company policies.
•Report operations data and any observations of abnormal conditions to direct supervisor.
•Pipeline maintenance projects such as pigging operations, start-ups, shutdowns and routine maintenance.
•Assists with and monitors various flow control equipment.
•Assist with the operation of the Liquid Plant and Blend Plant.
•Ensure product quality adheres to company standards..
What we are looking for:
•Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
•Completion of high school, GED or equivalent.
•Related industry experience is required.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Strong commitment to safety and the environment.
•As required exchange information regarding pipeline operations, maintenance, measurement, and other activities with direct supervisor, senior managers, and company executives
•Experience with Programmable Logic Control (P.L.C) systems.
•Application of formulas to estimate or calculate flow rates and volumes.
•Valid Safety tickets – H2S, Confined Space, First Aid, Fall Protection, Forklift.
•Experience with 2-way radios.
•Familiar with the use of a thermometer and hydrometer.
•Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements including drug & alcohol and health.
Physical Requirements/Work Conditions
•The work is typically performed outdoors. Exposure to conditions such as extreme heat or cold is likely.
•Must be able to perform work which requires walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, heavy lifting 50 lbs, and climbing, including steps and vertical ladders.
•Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety glasses, safety boots, and flame-resistant clothing.
•Willing to work extended hours on short notice.
•Working outside in adverse conditions.
