EthosEnergy is currently seeking a Pipe Fitter / Welder to join our manufacturing team in Orlando, FL. This position is responsible for fitting and welding per specific codes and procedures. Qualified candidates must have a strong understanding of weld symbols and perform welds that can pass radiographic testing accordance with AMSE and PED. 3-5 years of experience is strongly preferred and an education from an accredited industrial welding school is required.

Job Responsibilities

- Must be proficient in welding, print reading and work from verbal instructions.

- Able to perform fit-up and welding of pipe to ASME and customer requirements

- Must be able to pass a 6G weld test using GTAW

- Daily housekeeping of work area and maintain tooling in a clean working condition

- Compliance with safety protocol

Required Skills / Knowledge

- Candiate must have a good understanding of weld symbols and perform welds that can pass radiographic testing in accordance with ASME & PED

- Must be able to accurately measure pipe spools, holes and angles per drawings

- Proficient in the use of hand tools; grinders, measuring devices and layout equipment

- Proficient in blueprint reading and work from verbal instructions.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Experience

- 3-5 years preferred

Education Requirements

- Industrial welding school

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift, bend and maneuver heavy materials up to 50 lbs

- Flexibility to adjust and move with ease for working with welding equipment and material

- 20/20 Vision
