Physical Security and Safety Senior Analyst

Starting Salary Range: $98,000 - $115,000; position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

As MISO’s Physical Security and Safety Senior Analyst you’ll play a key role in protecting our people, assets, and operations. In this role, you’ll assist with the coordination in the selection, design and implementation of security systems technology and maintenance, oversee day-to-day physical security operations, and serve as a subject‑matter expert on physical security standards (e.g., CIP, SOC1, NIST), ensuring compliance through audits, risk analyses, policies, and ongoing alignment with external and internal standards. This position blends technical expertise with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
