Birch Creek Energy, a utility-scale solar development company with projects across the United States, is seeking a Part-time Office Manager for our St. Louis HQ who thrives in a team-oriented culture and shares our mission to build a future powered by renewable energy.

- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees in our St. Louis office, ensuring access and providing materials as needed.
- Open, review, and process all incoming mail, including confidential employee, financial, and operational documents.
- Scan and route mail to the appropriate employees or departments and follow up on responses and action items.
- Maintain an organized paper filing system.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee the physical office environment to ensure it is welcoming and well-maintained.
- Provide frequent Notary Public services.
- Obtain wet-ink signatures on required documents.
- Deposit checks at the bank.
- Order and track Birch Creek swag and PPE, ship welcome packages to new hires, and coordinate inventory with our Los Angeles office.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week in the St. Louis office. Ideally, the successful candidate would work a full day on Monday and Wednesday and work a half day on Friday.
- Reliable transportation to visit FedEx, the Post Office, and our bank as needed.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of prior administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
