We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the existing office staff with daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires organizational skills and attention to detail. Answering phone and emails. Create invoices and estimates. Schedule work for technicians.
Responsibilities
•Scheduling appointments with customers
•Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone etiquette.
•Maintain organized filing systems and ensure that all documents are properly stored.
•Utilize computer systems for data entry, document preparation, and communication.
•Support the office staff with clerical tasks such as typing, copying, and scanning documents.
•Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
•Provide assistance in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
•Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Skills
•Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
•Previous experience in clerical role is preferred.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•Strong attention to detail
