- Surface Prep : Masking, sanding, and preparing products for painting or sandblasting
- Painting : Spray application of undercoats, preservatives, and lubricants
- Equipment Maintenance : Clean and maintain paint shop tools (air lines, paint pots, spray guns, respirators)
- Quality & Compliance : Apply coatings per NOV or customer specifications; follow safety and disposal procedures for hazardous waste
- Facility Upkeep : Maintain paint booth filters and protectant coatings; clean/store empty paint containers
- Small Parts Coating : Spray paint components before assembly and final coating
- Other Duties : Additional tasks as assigned; compliance with company and HSE policies
- Conduct required pre-use inspections
Participate in facility inspections when directed
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1–2 years in industrial painting (blasting experience preferred)- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass respirator fit test and wear respirator
- Able to work in all climates
- Lift or move up to 25 lbs.
- Willing to work overtime
